We Won!!

We are over the moon excited about our winnings!! We won the "basket" (which is more like an entire table) of fruits and vegetables and goodies at the fremont farmers market today!
We loved the farmers market before, and now we love it even more! For anyone that hasn't been there, it is on the street between Taco Bell and the train station on fremont blvd, until 1pm every saturday. My girls love the "outing". They sometimes have a band playing. They have great kettle corn (which was also included in the winnings) and awesome cheesecake brownies- the girls get to split one brownie and eat it on the lawn and then snack on the great strawberries. But best of all, ALL of their produce is way cheaper than the grocery store, grown locally, pretty much all organic...and even better is that they have samples of all of it out on the tables. So my kids will try all kinds of different fruits and then we can buy what we like. I highly recommend it!
