National Frozen Food Month

WHo the heck comes up with National Frozen Food Month, anyway? When I think of frozen foods, I think of tv dinners, frozen lasagnas, nasty frozen cheese burritios, etc... Doesn't our country already have a problem with obesity...so why are we promoting a national frozen food month to promote buying fatty, unhealthy frozen foods.....why not a "National Fresh Fruits and Vegetable Month"...but maybe they already have that.
